Our Story

Where everything you thought you knew about training gets flipped upside down

Reverse Your Limits,
Redefine Your Strength

Look, we're not gonna feed you the same old "transform your body" pitch. Started Krython back in 2018 'cause I was frankly tired of seeing people stuck doing the same movements they'd been doing since high school gym class. There's gotta be more to it, right?

Krython Inverse Fitness facility

What We're Actually About

Inverse training isn't some trendy nonsense - it's about working your body through planes of movement most folks never touch. Hanging, crawling, pulling yourself through space in ways that'd make your ancestors proud.

We've built this place for people who're curious, who wanna push past what they think they can do. Not in a "no pain no gain" meathead way, but in a smart, sustainable, actually-makes-sense kind of way.

Whether you're an athlete trying to add another dimension to your game or someone who just realized sitting at a desk for ten years wasn't the best plan - we've got you.

How We Got Here

Early 2018

The Lightbulb Moment

Trained out of a buddy's garage with whatever equipment we could scrounge up. Started experimenting with suspension work and inverse movements - stuff that felt natural but nobody was really teaching.

November 2018

First Real Space

Got our hands on a small spot on Granville. 1,200 square feet of potential. Built most of the equipment ourselves - those first suspension rigs were sketchy but they held up.

Mid 2020

The Tough Year

Yeah, that year. Like everyone else, we adapted. Took training outside, ran sessions in parks, proved you don't need fancy gear to train smart. Honestly made us better coaches.

Spring 2022

Level Up

Expanded to our current 3,500 sq ft facility. Added proper recovery space, brought on more coaches who actually get what we're doing. Started working with local sports teams.

Now (2025)

Still Learning, Still Growing

We've trained hundreds of people but we're still figuring stuff out. Every client teaches us something. That's the point - movement's personal, and there's always another way to approach it.

The Crew

Not gonna lie - we've got a pretty solid team. Everyone here trains, everyone's constantly learning new stuff, and nobody's gonna give you cookie-cutter advice.
